Did you use windows built in zip to unzip the file?

Sametime Standard 8.5.2 IFR1 Windows


Built in zip on windows is a little flaky, to try it again, right click the zip and choose extract. You have the right file, but you are missing folders. Check your download is right, just over a gb, and then try unzipping again.
